Ongoing crochet class for all abilities
Have fun and be creative in this friendly and relaxed class. Suitable for children between 7 - 16 years old.
About
We have teamed up with the Knitwear designer Anni Howard to bring an exciting class for children aged 7+
We’ll teach the children the simple skills to open their world to this handicraft. We'll use traditional and contemporary ideas, using beautiful colourful and textural yarns.
For newcomers, we'll concentrate on the basics during the first few weeks, working towards a granny Square. This is a wonderful introduction and perfect for beginner
Once the children can make a Granny Square, we will progress to create headbands and scarves for our more experienced students.
The classes are held in our Queen Street Art School studio, where Anni, Kirstin and Aniela will be running the classes.
We use artist-quality yarns and materials, all provided at the price of the workshop.
