Children's Textiles Club
Ongoing textiles class for all abilities
Have fun and be creative in this friendly and relaxed class.
Suitable for children ages 8 - 16
About
We'll be taking inspiration from traditional and contemporary textiles, other artists and cultures worldwide. We will create useful objects like bags, cushions, decorative pictures and wallhangings.
Silk painting
Machine sewing
Hand sewing
Embroidery
Feltmaking
Fabric dyeing and printing
And more!
The classes are held in our Queen Street Art School studio, where Kirstin and Aniela will be running the classes.
We use high-quality materials which are provided.
