ONGOING MONDAY MORNING ART CLUB.
It has a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere, suitable for adults of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to those with experience.
This is an ongoing, weekly art club where students work on their broader artistic development with the guidance of an experienced tutor. The classes help students develop their style while learning classic skills and many fundamental principles of drawing and painting.
Students are also encouraged to experiment, make discoveries and share ideas.
There will be fun weekly assignments so everyone produces a range of work in different mediums. We will draw from reproduction paintings, photography, life, and imagination.
Looking at art history, there will be time to consider many aspects of picture making such as colour, perspective, proportion and shading.
All artist-quality materials are included in the price of the classes,
Tea, coffee and biscuits are also provided.
