2- Day Project, Create Botanical Trinket Dishes in Air-Dry Clay. 24th -25th July 2025, 10.00-Midday
Workshop by Artists Kirstin Handley and Aniela Dublaszewsk
2-Day project suitable for children aged 7-16 years.
Day 1.
The session will begin with a demonstration, illustrating the step-by-step process using air-dry clay. We will design and shape decorative botanical objects, pressing leaves into the clay using a brayer to imprint the texture.
The sculpture will dry overnight.
Day 2.
We will paint and decorate the objects using paint and trimmings.
We use artist-quality art materials, which are included in the workshop price.
The children can take their sculptures home to treasure, feeling confident about their achievements.
The dishes can be used as trinket dishes or candle holders.

Please wear old clothes as we'll be using paint that stains clothes.
We're in the same building as Dice and a Slice Cafe.
We require the name and age of the child/children in the 'note to seller' section
