Adults Art Class. Paint A Sunflower In Watercolour. Thursday 11th July 2024
Have fun and relax in this one-day workshop with Artist and Tutor Helen Rubinstein.
Helen will begin the session with a demonstration showing you simple and effective techniques to capture the qualities and essence of watercolour.
You'll be using techniques including wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry, and painting from the lighter towards the darkest colours. There will be the opportunity to add lots of interest including using a fun splattering technique.
Helen is a supportive and friendly tutor, guiding you throughout the day.
The workshop will help you to become more confident, allowing you to create your own unique piece of artwork to take home to treasure.
Suitable for both beginners and improvers.
All artist-quality materials are included on the day.
Tea, coffee and cake are provided.
Please bring your own packed lunch as we'll stop for an hour at midday. Alternatively, you may wish to visit one of the local cafes or restaurants in the local area.
