We are in the studio and available to take emails and telephone calls on Thursdays and Fridays.
Please note that if you contact us during other times, we may not be able to get back to you.
Late attendance
Please note that if you or your child arrives late for any reason, we may not be able to accommodate you.
Bookings, refunds and cancellations
Half-term / Easter / Summer / Christmas Workshops
- All workshops must be paid for in advance to Queen Street Art School.
- Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured once the payment has been received.
- We do not offer refunds. If you or your child is unable to attend for any reason, we are happy for you to find someone else to take your place. You will need to email us with details of who will be attending the class.
- Alternatively, we may be able to offer you a different workshop depending on space and availability. Please email us at least 48 hours in advance to make arrangements.
- If, for any reason, we have to cancel a workshop, you will be refunded in full.
- Non- attendance will result in no refund. We are very sorry, but we cannot refund the cost of the session.
- All classes must be paid for in advance to Queen Street Art School
- Existing students are given priority over new students in our booking system. Places are only secured once payment has been received.
- If, for any reason, we have to cancel a lesson, you will be refunded by Queen Street Art School.

- Please be aware that we use art materials that may stain clothing, so please ensure you or your child is dressed in old clothes or brings an apron with them. Queen Street Art School takes no responsibility for paint-stained or damaged clothing.
- Please inform us if you or your child has any allergies, health issues or anxieties so your child feels secure in our care.
- We sometimes take photos of our students with their artwork, which we use on our website, Facebook and Instagram. If you or your child wishes to opt out of this, please let us know.
Behaviour
- Students should behave in a way that is kind and respectful to one another. We also ask the students to take good care of our art materials and equipment once inside our studio.
Collection
- Children must be collected on time by an adult/carer at the end of the class or workshop.
Gift Card & Voucher
- All gift cards are dated and expire 24 months from the date of issue.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Gift cards can be redeemed for the same or higher value of the workshop or art course as the gift card
Birthday Party terms and conditions
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 28 days before the party date will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 27 days before the party date will receive a 50% refund of any payment.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the party date will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your party, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Party Details
Guest Numbers: The maximum number of children per party is 10.
Age Group: Parties are suitable for children aged 6-13 years.
Duration: Each party lasts two hours, including the art workshop and consuming food and drink.
Food & Drink: You are entirely responsible for arranging the food and drink selection, including bringing party plates, cups and napkins. We provide the tablecloth and party decorations.
Safety & Supervision
Adult Supervision: A minimum of one adult must be present during the party. A maximum of two parents can be present.
Health & Safety: We are not responsible for any allergies or medical conditions.
Personal Belongings: We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
Photography & Media
Consent: By attending the party, you consent to photographs and videos being taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us prior to the event.
Miscellaneous
Behaviour: We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
